Welcome to Wymont Publishers. By accessing our website, submitting a manuscript, or using any of our academic publishing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.
"Company," "we," "us," "our", Wymont Publishers, the academic publishing services provider.
"Client," "you," "your", The individual or institution engaging our services, including any authorized representative.
"Services", Academic publishing support services including but not limited to: manuscript editing, proofreading, translation, formatting, journal selection, statistical analysis, plagiarism checking, rewriting, and publication support.
"Manuscript", Any document, data, figures, or materials submitted by the client for processing under our services.
"Deliverable", The completed work product returned to the client after service completion.
All services are provided based on the specific scope agreed upon at the time of order placement. The scope of work, turnaround time, and pricing are confirmed in writing (via email or order confirmation) before work commences.
Any requests for additional work beyond the originally agreed scope may be subject to revised pricing and timelines. We reserve the right to decline service requests that fall outside our areas of expertise or that we reasonably believe may involve unethical or fraudulent activity.

Pricing: Service fees are based on the quoted price provided at the time of order confirmation. Pricing is determined by word count, service type, turnaround time, and any additional services requested.
Invoicing: We issue invoices upon order confirmation. Payment terms are as specified in your invoice, typically due upon receipt for individual clients and net-30 for institutional accounts.
Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, PayPal, and institutional purchase orders. All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
Taxes: Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) will be added to invoices where required by law.
Late Payment: Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our editing or proofreading services, you may request a full refund of the editing fees. This guarantee applies to language editing and proofreading services specifically.
Refund Conditions:
Non-Refundable Services: Translation services, formatting services, and any work where the deliverable has been used by the client (e.g., submitted to a journal) may not be eligible for full refunds. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation: If you cancel an order before work has commenced, you will receive a full refund. If work has already started, a partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of work completed.
Your Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the manuscript and materials you submit remain exclusively yours. Our editing and related services do not transfer any ownership rights to us.
Our Work Product: The edits, suggestions, and improvements we make to your manuscript are provided as a work-for-hire, and all resulting rights transfer to you upon full payment of service fees.
Our Tools and Methods: Any proprietary tools, methodologies, templates, or processes used in delivering our services remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for the highest quality, we make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except as explicitly stated in these terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wymont Publishers, its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these terms; (b) your infringement of third-party intellectual property rights; or (c) any unethical or fraudulent content within your submitted materials.
Either party may terminate a service agreement upon written notice if the other party materially breaches these terms and fails to cure such breach within 14 days of receiving written notice. Upon termination, you remain liable for all fees for services rendered up to the date of termination.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
